We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to restricted regions in Asia and certain remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All Weather Gloves with opened packaging
  • Base Layers (intimate apparel)
  • Balls removed from original packaging
  • Batteries (electronic components)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely including:

  • Original packaging and accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our warehouse:

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges are shipped within 5-7 business days

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective items. International refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Exchange Policy
