Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
  • Certain items may be excluded (see section below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following golf accessories cannot be returned:

  • All Weather Gloves (opened packaging)
  • Base Layers (intimate apparel)
  • Balls (once removed from original packaging)
  • Batteries (electronic components)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and include:

  • Original packaging and accessories
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our warehouse:

  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges are shipped within 5-7 business days

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

Exchange Policy
